Surinder Kullar, FCIPD, Member of Forbes Coaches Council
Surinder’s journey to freedom and liberation serves as a powerful source of inspiration. Starting her life in a factory at the age of 16, she took charge of her path by pursuing an education and becoming the first member and woman in her family to earn a degree. Her successful corporate career eventually led her to be featured in Forbes, all while navigating the challenges of her inner programming.
Her quest for the ‘truth’ of life began in her early years, leading her to spiritual masters, temples, churches, and even the peaks of the Himalayas in search of enlightenment. It was only when her master appeared that her search culminated, guiding her inward to discover her own truth. This profound realisation became the foundation for creating ‘Thirteen Thirteen.’
Surinder’s journey to awakening involved deep inner healing, releasing trauma and pain, and deprogramming her mind to allow her true self to emerge. One of her most transformative experiences was recognizing that everything she had believed to be true was not. In that vulnerable space of uncertainty, her heart and mind opened, ready to receive the divine gift of her authentic self.
Blending her corporate experience with her awakening journey, Surinder now seeks to awaken consciousness within the business world. She guides leaders and employees on an inward journey toward compassion and kindness, facilitating a transition from limitations to freedom.
